In that case, I honestly don't think you'd need Photon Bomber. You only need Vermillion to hit 21 with Red River unless you're playing against Crossrides.

I'd honestly neg a Helena. +1 Red River.

I'm assuming you're using TBD as a rearguard in some scenarios in order to use RaiRai to make it a 21k column, right?

Otherwise, I'd neg them (the RaiRais) for something else. Maybe Raien for intercept blocking or Wyvern Supply for Vermillion, idk.

EDIT: Also noticed you're running Spark-Kid and not Saishin. I can understand why, but if you actually end up negging the RaiRais, swap Spark-Kid for Saishin.

Saishin is better than Spark Kid. Shuts down EVERYTHING and/or puts stupid amounts of early game pressure.

Get rid of the TBDs and Rairais. Replace with 4 Rumble Guns and a third Helena.

Otherwise, looks good, though I'm wary on 4 Garuda/Hex Cannon. Might test that, sometime.
