Sinister Serpent Limit seems suspicious, and I'd be sad at sangan and reborn going and rabbit only being @2.
Without those, I would give it, 8/10 might play again.
With them, 5/10, average Komani stupidity.

They better reveal something different at worlds...

The worst part is... The Limit of Serpent makes the list believable because they're trying to push Atlanteans.

Sinister Serpent returning to the fray might have a pretty big impact. Atlanteans might become pretty high-tier, and we might see some trouble with Lightning Vortex and Tribute to the Doomed.

This is the absolute worst part about this list. I'm hoping beyond hope it isn't true, but honestly this list seems like something Konami would do.

3 Things I Have to say about this banlist if it's real:

It's not necessarily random; there's been photo proof on other sites, as well.

I don't like it because I want something to get hit or come back that changes the game and promotes some different Decks, this list is bad.

I've seen the same list in a couple other places, yeah.
But as of yet I've seen no real source.

I would be a bit surprised if DMoC didn't come back, actually. Considering how about a fourth of the Prophecy deck was made Ultra/Ulti, I'd think that Konami would want to push them.

Even so, bringing DMoC back is a terrible move...

I have a gut feeling this will never happen.

Bringing back BLS was a terrible move, but Chaos was something of a big thing when they first brought it back, and Konami still brought it back.
It's essentially the same thing now as it was then. LC03 is going to sell like mad already, and if they've put DMoC in it and it gets unbanned just a couple months beforehand, then it'll sell even more.
Plus, again, they made both Spellbook of Secrets and Spellbook Magician into Ultras, meaning REDU will sell more in order to satisfy Prophecy players (such as myself).
It's preferable that they not bring it back, though it just seems too much like a Konami move not to.
