Because they're not gonna be like those shows the repeat the whole arc for a small amount of dubbing.

They might just rerun the same episodes or use one of the filler arcs, but that'll force them to show the whole arc which will take even more time.

I think they could get some better ratings on it if it were at an earlier time. From the website they lose about 300,000 ratings from 12:30 to 2:30.

So for the next few weeks we have Bleach Reruns, Naruto before the Land of Waves arc and Tenchi Muyo on for the first hour and a half.
So nothing really exciting unless Tenchi picks up the pace.
