    Soldiers of Lorne seems kinda too powerful with all of those effects and that P/T. Sometimes, tryingto balance a 6 CMC card based on the titans isn't a good idea. First Strike is a very powerful mechanic and for that, you should lower the P/T to 4/5 or even 4/4.

    You could have also dramatically lower if toughness only as as a First Striker it doesn't need that much toughness at all...XD

    Anyway, I'm quickly getting rid of the Guide cycle and I'll replace it with something else.

    Only because I want Myriad to be more selective in the colour pie.

    Oh, don't worry.

    Not a single other White card until all the other commons for other colours are done. Just doing it on order of rarity.

    Alright, let's go fixing card by card. I'll list only the ones with changes on wording, I won't change the effects. I'll, later, post my comments on each card and then on the set overall.

    WHITE

    Emperor Fild
    Altruist (You may add this card to your hand from your graveyard by tapping a number of permanents equal to this card's converted mana cost. Altruist only as a sorcery.)
    Vigilance
    [MtG] Reyne [249/249] | Starting Losthaven, the second set! Manat: Put two 2/2 white Knight creature tokens onto the battlefield.
    Each nonland permanent in your graveyard that doesn't have altruist gains altruist.

    Fallpierce
    Fallpierce deals 3 damage to target attacking or blocking creature. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

    Harleian Brigadier
    Other Human creatures you control get +1/+1.
    When Harleian Brigadier enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a Human creature card with converted mana cost 2 or less, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

    Imperial Partisan
    Put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature you control.

    Nightblind
    Flash (You may cast this spell any time you could cast an instant.)
    Enchant creature
    Enchanted creature can't attack.

    Oenne the Tragic
    +2: Target player gains 2 life.
    -1: Put 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying and lifelink onto the battlefield.
    -9: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of each upkeep, your life total becomes the highest life total among all players."

    Quixotic Herd
    Altruist (You may add this card to your hand from your graveyard by tapping a number of permanents equal to this card's converted mana cost. Altruist only as a sorcery.)
    Flying
    When Quixotic Herd leaves the battlefield, put a 3/1 Spirit creature token with flying and a 1/3 Spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield.

    Righteous Divination
    Whenever a source would deal damage to you or a creature you control, prevent 1 of that damage.

    Toiling Healer
    When Toiling Healer enters the battlefield, you gain 3 life.
    You gain 2 life.

    Turmoil Calmer
    When Turmoil Calmer enters the battlefield, you gain 3 life.
    Channel - , Discard Turmoil Calmer: Search your library for up to three cards named Turmoil Calmer, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle your library.

    Channel - , Discard Dewdragger Ghost: Target creature an opponent controls gets -4/-0 until end of turn.

    Drayl Elixir
    You may pay 1 rather than pay the mana cost for Merfolk creature spells you cast until end of turn.

    Small typo on Drayl System.

    No comma on Knowledge Trade.

    Leode Chronicler
    Whenever a +1/+1 counter would be put on Leode Chronicler, you may put a chronicle counter on it instead.
    At the beginning of each end step, if it's not your turn and there are ten or more chronicle counters on Leode Chronicler, take an extra turn after this one.

    Leode Understudy
    Whenever you draw a card during the turn Leode Understudy is cast, you may sacrifice Leode Understudy. If you do, draw two cards.

    Lost Mearlan Bevy
    Flash, flying, hexproof
    When Lost Mearlan Bevy enters the battlefield, you may tap up to two target permanents. They do not untap during their owner's next untap step.
    When Lost Mearlan Bevy dies, you may return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand.

    Mearlan Forager has a small typo.

    Primordial Stirring
    Draw a card. If a nonland permanent an opponent controls was tapped outside of the combat phase this turn, draw three cards instead.

    Rallier of the Waves
    Islandwalk
    Other Merfolk creatures you control get +1/+1.
    Whenever a creature an opponent controls is tapped during your turn, you may pay and tap Rallier of the Waves. If you do, draw a card.
