... "When this card is placed onto the Vanguard or Rearguard Circle..." not summon. Summon doesn't exist in cfv.

I don't really see how ditching one of your own rearguards is a drawback for this thing. In retire Kagero, this is absurd.

Retire does mean destroy right? Or does it mean bounce it to the and or something?

Retire = Send from Field to Drop Zone
Generally fits under destroy though, yes.

Okay, that's what I was going for lol. Why absurd? Because you can just simply place another?

No, because Retire Kagero get off on mass retiring for a very clear reason.

Doesn't help that you can target itself for the skill, since you'd usually never want a G2 Beatstick as weak as 7k(unless we're talking Nemain, or you have a Makoraga behind this) and replace it with Nehalem or something.

Make it's skill [CB2] and it's legit. Although Girls Rock, Rio has more power than this and Rio isn't even designed to attack. Why would you put this in the front row? Especially if you're dealing with on hit effects, and this basicially has a big red target on it saying "HIT ME!"

You play this in your front row because you immediately retire it for its effect.

Oh and even better, it's generic so you could theoretically run this as 1-for-1 removal in anything!
