Damn, my favourite design from Commander 2014, by far. Probably not hugely amazing, but it's pretty good. For all intents and purposes, it's pretty close to Path to Exile, that hits all permanents.

There's some hilarious, if impractical interactions to use with this card. Makes everything a Strip Mine/Wasteland target, for instance. I think its best use is just that gives Green a way to kill Jaces. Enchantress, anyone?
