Katawa Shoujo

Katawa Shoujo (かたわ少女 Katawa Shōjo^?, lit. "Cripple Girls", translated "Disability Girls") is a bishōjo-style visual novel by Four Leaf Studios that tells a story of a young man and five young women living with varying disabilities. The majority of the story takes place at the fictional Yamaku High School for disabled children, located in an unnamed city somewhere in modern, northern Japan.^[5] Hisao Nakai, a normal boy, has his life changed when a long-dormant cardiac dysrhythmia forces him to transfer to a new school after a long hospitalization. Despite his difficulties, Hisao has the opportunity to find friends and love.

So, I'm 14 minutes in and holy crap Shizune is so cute Smile

So uh...I was having a nice time playing and somehow missed something. I ended up not going with any of the girls to that festival and fell off the roof....

Just my luck to get a bad end as my very first VN game ending.

YES SO I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT THE MANLY PICNIC THE FIRST TIME

This game will give you feels though, no doubt about it. Also not gonna lie, I didn't like Shizune and went for Lilly. I'm sorry it had to be this way Jordan.

I believe 4chan created this (at least a collab of developers on 4chan.)

This game is very magical in this regard. Helps you see past disabilities in a heartwarming kind of way.
