Crazy good. Has potential in Modern.

The 1st Nissa was so disappointing that they ended up pushing the 2nd. Good job Wizards xD

Doesn't have potential in Modern. The second +1 is crazy good and all, but last time I saw anyone play cards in this vein was Travis Woo comboing bouncelands, Garruk V1 and Time Warps. It's just much less cool when you can't untap lands besides forests.

    That said, she's still awesome.

Yeah in modern Mono-G devotion has Wildspeaker, which is both better for the deck and cheaper.

In standard, the only issue I see is that she basically forces you to be mono or incredibly heavy green. That shouldn't be much of one, though. Definitely potential to be insane and gives Mono-G Devotion another Planeswalker to swing around in combination with Garruk while he's still in standard.

Yay! My favorite Planeswalker has a decent-ish card now Smile

Too bad it's not all that elf based anymore...

Didn't people heavily complained at the fact Nissa was Elf only based?

Most people, yeah. And I agree with them mostly.

Still, one elf based ability would have been nice Smile

Creatively, she shouldn't be elf-based anyway. Her tribe is dead, and she's too busy trying to save Zendikar to be 'lol im an elf supremacist' anyway. The Uncharted Realms on the mothership where this card was spoiled explains a lot (like Ulamog being the only Eldrazi titan left on Zendikar).

The story's also got massive Attack on Titan vibes. It's good stuff.

OH! I didn't see that there was no "Until the end of turn" on those tokens. Awesome.
