I think Commune of the Gods is still a bit better in Standard. Unless the BG Dredge deck gets some crazy enchantment in JOU, it's too expensive.

Yeah, I was thinking more in draft/sealed, especially in Heroic builds.

I would probably still play Commune of the Gods over this (and Commune of the Gods isn't exactly instant mainable in draft). If you get the nuts in Sealed, maybe.
The Heroic builds would rather be able to hit a creature, than get extra enchantments. I guess if all of your creatures are Alseids, Emissaries, Eidolons and Nyxborns, then sure

It's really just further dig for Whip and tossing more dudes for B/G Dredge.
It does also let you fetch Nighthowler really fast, too, but this card probably won't matter for the deck's continued existence until Grisly Salvage rotates.
