Inspired enablers won't be very useful since there's only one pack of BNG in draft. It's basically a bonus to any Aura (since design said we getting a Heroic bunch of these Inspiration Auras) provided that the actual Aura itself is playable in a Theros draft deck.
This one's probably quite bad in Limited. It's not as good as Dragon Mantle without a cantrip.

Personally, I'd still rather turn my red dudes sideways with Dragon Mantles on them.

I like the red one, personally, but only if I feel like I don't want my dude to swing, e.g. Baby Bob.
