Why couldn't pseudo-Evacuation be an instant? :c

Phenax has to be the biggest disappointment of all the gods (well, behind Karametra). I wanted something sweet like some sort of actual card advantage, and not a shit 4 power.

I really love mill, too.

I like mill if it's not taking up space in a deck (like Drownyard) or if it has other functions (Memory Adept). This requires one plays creatures to deck someone, as opposed to attacking them with them.

I mean, Phenax makes a funny Walls deck (Wall of Frost mill basically). Still, if Erebos and Thassa hadn't stolen both fixing and card advantage, UB would be left with something that isn't mill. He couldn't have even been the evasion god because of Thassa. Essentially, he's the best of what Thassa and Erebos left him.

And Whelming Wave is plain out the coolest card spoiled so far. As an Instant, it's probably better, but this is the cheapest Evacuation variant we've ever had in blue.

I could see the Wave being great....if we had a better selection of creatures that match those types. As of now, I don't think there are enough good ones to make it worth it.

Cool, but totally ugly. If we must crown this card, at least use the Launch Day art.

OH yes, that promo is amazing and better in everyway then the other art.

I actually love both of Tromokratis' artworks. I'll give you that Jaime Jones' is better though.

Looking at it, the Promo looks kinda Eldrazi esque.

I know that I'll be getting both the promo and the normal ones. :3
