Theros draft is weird. I would still undervalue this. Obviously, it's actually only good in the RG Monsters archetype.

Seems pretty sweet in G/W Heroic too, which seems way better than RG in general.

GW Heroic and RG Monsters are about on the same level for me. It's more difficult to draft GW Heroic usually, because you're more likely to have a UW Heroic drafter on the table picking up Wingsteed Rider etc. Building a solid RG Monsters deck is way more consistent (especially when most players would veer towards non-red decks in Theros draft).
Providing you can get some of the core uncommons for GW Heroic, then, yeah, it's pretty much better.
