I'd say even as is there's a serious shot this thing sees fringe legacy play.
This is my best for the all-star beater in the UR/x tempo deck with stuff like Steam Augury to dump massive amounts of spells and even with cute interactions like Izzet Charm giving it up to +3/+0 during combat.
I'm also going to be testing it as a cheap finisher in UWR due to the fact that it lets you play it at 6 with Dissolve backup.

I'm quite surprised as they decided to gives us some sort of Runenchanted Delver of Sorts as a replaccement for the rotating Delver and Pike
