Well, it cantrips. So it's better then Savage Summoning.

It's not better than Savage Summoning, per se.
This only works on Sorceries, very few of which you want to cast at instant speed badly enough to play this anyway.
Savage Summoning is both uncounterable and makes what you cast off of it uncounterable and (barely, but still) bigger.
Personally, I think both cards are awful, but they're both still pretty sweet.

I wonder how GU that let you either cast a creature or Sorcery with Flash and Uncounterble and Cantriped would be?
