Really interesting. I don't think it's as Mythic as Sublime Archangel in M13, but it's still quite fun.

To me, it seems like they took Sublime Archangel, made it alpha-friendly as opposed to lone-missionary-friendy and then slapped on Lifelink for 1 more mana. So really, they seem like twins to me, in a sense.

Surprised nobody's mentioned what this does to Extort triggers.
I really prefer this to Sublime; mostly because I enjoy lifegain as a whole, since it was my first real personal adventure into experimentation with cards, but also because it just feels generally more effective.

BTW between this and the Hydra and all those Shandalar Slivers seems like M14 will be very Shandalar Focuses...which seems odd...but cool at the same time
