This card is so, so, so stupid.

You can actually just cast this for essentially free and have it do nothing. I never realised this before but it just sounds funny.

Is this even good in Limited? It doesn't actually do much. Twiddle effects aren't amazing, but I guess you can leave mana up. You can't use it for evasion after it's Ciphered.

Give your creatures essential vigilance, open mana up for counterspells...it can do a lot, but I'm looking at it through Pauper prism mostly.

Twiddle isn't exactly good at instant, let alone a 2 mana sorcery with an irrelevant upside. This is such a trap card, the other Cipher options are all better, honestly.

Play it with Nivix Cyclops Out
You Just casted a Spell for Free and have mana Open for a Second Spell
Of Course you Cipher it into the Cyclops...XD

Alternatively play it to Untap Vorel and Gyre Sage for a Lot of Counters + Mana...IDK

Play it for free on a Stalker or Geist should be fun.

So glad it's common, I wanna make a budget deck using a playset.
