Re: Sleep Patterns
Sounds rough. but its, kind of the same for me.
I work at 7pm most days through out the week, then on the weekends turn around and work at 7am . Always tired as heck Saturday and Sunday.

Re: Sleep Patterns
This last week has been spring break so ive been out of school and i messed my sleep up terribly.
I sleep till 10 pm then stay up till 8 am where I continue the cycle, i never stay up late enough to eat so ive been eating late at night and it sucks. Curse you toonmi for making me stay up that one night!
I think ive fixed it today though, hopefully hehe.

I don't feel tired when I'm tired, tbh... I just feel cold which is even worse.

Re: Sleep Patterns
I'm getting used to my available sleep time which is very short this year. I have to wake up at 4:20 am everyday

Re: Sleep Patterns
I don't have a sleeping pattern. I have a sleeping disorder, although it feels more like insomnia most of the time even though it isn't since all it really is is that I find sleeping during the day a lot easier than at night, add to that that I can never stop thinking and sleeping becomes near impossible, hence why I tend to stay up until the early-late hours of the morning provided I sleep at all. Because I've had this since birth, I'm permanently tired, so I wish there was at least a time I could wake up and I wasn't so tired. I envy people who can sleep normally, so much.

you're not missing much. I have a really active mind too xD It's really hard to sleep and then I still feel like crap in the morning. I actually feel better if I don't sleep at all.

Re: Sleep Patterns
I absolutely cannot stay up past 11:30pm. I turn into a complete a** if I do. It's like my mind goes to full auto-snap mode and everything irritates me to no end.
I also can't sleep in late, mostly because of my mother. This week was my Spring Break and I've been up before 8:30am every morning.

I can sleep way better in Urban noise, don't ask me why. I feel creeped out If I think I'm the only one awake.

Re: Sleep Patterns
Automatically wake up at around 8:00 no matter what (which usually defeats the purpose of 2 hour late starts)
Usually I beat my alarm clock by ten minutes
This is all factoring in that I don't go to sleep after midnight

Re: Sleep Patterns
Tbh I really shouldn't but sometimes I feel like not sleeping just because if I do I feel worse. Goes well most of the time. I literally am a tank when it comes to sleep. I can survive on like 1 Hour of it. Though I sorta microsleep for a bit.

Re: Sleep Patterns
I can't sleep if I feel too hot. Needless to say I'm an insomniac hehehehe-that was stupid as hell
I also cannot fall asleep in total silence.
Sometimes I wake up a few minutes before my alarm clock and I just stare at it until it rings as if I am contractually obligated to wait for it or I'm not getting paid for the pre-shift consciousness or some crap.

Re: Sleep Patterns
As much as I claim to be an insomniac, I think it's just linked directly to the amount of stuff I think of in bed, rendering me unable to sleep. I know if I've had a good day, I can do nothing but think about what was it that made my day so good.
However, usually, it's because I remember some creepy shit I've watched, and therefore can't go to sleep because of them. (That's right, Koko, screw you. ;-; )

Hue. Also, I did give you fair warning before you read that damn manga. Of course, you went on ahead, didn't you? <3
My sleep pattern's usually 2-4AM until 6:30AM - 8:30AM. I personally go fine with only four hours or so of sleep.

Right now it's 22:00 to 4:30 on Military days. Weekends it's usually 00:00-1:00 to 9:00-10:00.
